Ancestral Veneration
I express my gratitude to my Ancestors. Their spirit resides within me and is reflected in everything on this website. I honor their presence and acknowledge my own.

We honor our ancestors because they are our foundation, the first whisper in our spirit, and the silent strength behind every step we take.
Our ancestors endured, created, loved, resisted, dreamed, and sacrificed — not just for survival, but so we could rise. To honor them is to remember that we are not alone. We are walking paths they cleared. We are harvesting seeds they planted. And when we speak their names, we activate their presence and power within us.
The line between the living and the ancestral is thin. Our ancestors are not gone — they are with us, guiding, protecting, and inspiring. When we make space for them — at an altar, in our prayers, or in our daily decisions — we are reconnecting with the divine intelligence that flows through our lineage.
Honoring our ancestors is also a healing act. Many of us come from disrupted stories, forgotten names, and untold legacies. Through ancestral veneration, we begin to mend what was broken, reclaim what was lost, and reawaken what still lives in our blood and bones.
We, SO GROUNDED™ honor them to remember who we are.
We, SO GROUNDED™ honor them to teach our children the truth.
We, SO GROUNDED™ honor them because we are their legacy — and they are our light.
